The paint finishing plants are entirely automated and all operations are carried out with sublime flawlessness to match any international standard.
ARCHITECTURE
A dedicated team of qualified engineers working in an equipped facility to design, manufacture, program and implement complete automation solutions to the client’s request. E-plan, EL-CAD and Auto-CAD are those highly efficient tools that we use for Electrical documentation and are overlooked by the zero-error engineering team. The facility has another set of teams excelling in PLC, HMI and SCADA software to cater to clients' needs.
DESIGN
Taikisha provides SACDA solutions, a benchmark for any process plant for central monitoring, data recording and controlling, to all our clients so they can gain more flexibility to the process parameters like temperature, humidity, utility consumption, production etc., for the optimal results.


Taikisha's control panels are designed to be both effective and safe. Their LT panels, which can be customised for fan, pump, or conveyor power feeders, come with suitable size AC3 duty type-2 coordination starters. All of the company's panels also have MCCBs/ACBs installed that come with or without communication abilities with a centralized system. Furthermore, all Taikisha's customised panels either follow Rittal standards or are locally fabricated based on the company Manufacturing standard. The busbars used in these panel arrangements are made from copper and aluminium materials as per customer requirements and following either Rittal standard busbar arrangements or local fabrication methods. Lastly, each panel has metering capabilities for incoming power that is monitored centrally by the company. Panel sizes range from 100A to 1600A .
